“If I buy this Wi-Fi only, download a game or take pictures, can I show someone the pictures or play a game if I am in an area without wifi? In other words, will this work without wifi just to take it and show some one pictures I took.”

Yes if it’s pictures are downloaded automatically on your iPad and if u download your games u can play them and see your pictures without WiFi
