You will probably have to take it back to Best Buy and they will give you a new one. This happened to me as well when I bought a MacBook that was previously used. I tried fixing it with apple, but after a week of back and forth they told me it was impossible for them to remove the old user cloud from the device and that BB would give me a new one.
