What is cellular? null

Using data/ internet service like how your cell phone does. It needs a SIM card and a service through a Cell Phone Provider.

That is of cells or divisions. As in cell phones, one tower covers an area the next tower covers the area where the first tower left off. Relating to iPad, it functions like a cell phone but no phone.
