Yes, I see it in significant effect. It's not just scrolling either, it messes with anything flowing through that region of the screen, including animations. A trained eyes will see 'squash and stretch' when in landscape too. Portrait scrolling is largely where it can make people nauseous. If a software update doesn't show up very shortly, it's likely a true hardware issue, so I'd then return this and waiting until I have confidence they've fixed the next batch. I've confirmed this to exist on around 10 different new iPads minis, most demo units, as well as mine. Too bad, it's exactly the device I've been waiting for, otherwise. - I'd recommend holding off on buying for a bit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I hope it is a software issue since it is so far, only noticeable in portrait.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not noticed this at all on mine. I use the screen in both horizontal and vertical positions and do a lot of internet search’s. Also read in both directions. No jelly effort to be seen. Maybe they fixed it.
