Trade in is a joke . Apple would give you a miserable amount for your device. (though they might benefit of your trading by refurbishing it!)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you go to the iPad mini website on apple.com, you can simulate an order by clicking on "Order" at the top right corner of the page. Then, make the configuration that you want. Before you "Add to bag", there is an "Add a trade-in" option where you just have to click on "Get started". This will pop-up a small window where it navigates you through a series of questions where it asks you about the brand (in this case is Apple), the Serial Number (you can get it from you iPad Pro settings), and some questions regarding the condition of the device where at the end it should give you the value of your trade in. Now, if you want to do this through Best Buy, you can use the website tradein.bestbuy.com where, through a series of questions, it might give you an offer. However, the few tries I made with this website do not offer any trade-in value and only offer you to recycle it. That is why the first option I gave you was to do it directly with Apple. Good luck!
