QuestionI have an I phone 8 that I want to trade in for a I phone 12. I have ATT service. I understand that Att is giving a $700.00 credit rebate for doing this trade. Do I have to upgrade my service or add a line to get this deal. Also apple is offering a $145.

QuestionWhen are unlocked iPhone 12 going to be released ? AT&T seems to be blocking my purchase saying that i am not eliable for upgrade. I am not under a contact on my current phone so how are they considering my purchase (one time payment) as an upgrade .
