• No, you cannot. BB is not permitted to sell unlocked iPhones. They can only be purchased directly from Apple. I had this same issue myself! They can sell it to you for 95% of the list price. 5% gets put on your carrier, (at&t) bill and the phone will be locked to your carrier. This apparently became “law” 15 months, or so, ago.
