• Best Buy does not sell iPhones unlocked in a new condition. You have to go to Apple directly.

• Considering there is no option yet for the 13 or even 12, I think it's safe to assume Best Buy won't sell this unlocked.

• Best Buy only sells carrier locked phones. If you want to get an unlocked phone to activate at another time, use Apple.com and choose the "unlocked" choice as your carrier selection.
