• Not from Best Buy you can’t. You’d have to go to Apple to purchase an unlocked phone. Best Buy makes you purchase a plan or add it to an existing plan when you purchase the phone.

• if you have had an apple iPhone before up to a 13 or even 12 it’s just every thing better and faster. And the camera.. if you like cameras ,which isn’t on my top list, I think you’ll like it a lot and all that stuff…
