- Answer Buying any phone through bestbuy is like buying directly through AT&T. So if you have an upgrade available you will be eligible. If you currently have a phone that you still owe on you will have to pay that off first.

- Answer I bought my phone through Best Buy because I could finance it for a year, get Best Buy points to get other products. The cost of the phone is the same as I would have paid adding cost to my cell phone bill but the other benefits I receive from Best Buy made more sense.

- Answer Depends on credit and standing with the provider. For me I owned a AT&T prepaid for about 4 years and got my new IPhone 8plus for about 210$ down and 30$ for activation on first bill.
