• A:Answer This phone is unlocked and will work on Cricket Wireless. Also, a previous answer said that Cricket is CDMA, which is false. Cricket converted to GSM after it was bought by ATT over 5 years ago. Cricket uses ATTs network.

• A:Answer All depends on your carrier, James. I have Verizon. In order to figure out how much my trade in would be valued at, I went to www.VZW.com and checked their upgrade page. It runs you through a mock process that you will NOT have to complete...but it'll at least give you the value of the phone if you were to trade it in. I believe there's a nationwide promotion through BB right now where if you trade in the old phone, you can get the new phone 50% off. Give it a shot....I traded in my sons (MY) iPhone 7 and got $299 towards my new phone.

• A:Answer Just last month I went from an iPhone 6s to an iPhone 8plus with Verizon. I think it depends on what plan you get. My bill went up $20 a month because the iPhone 6s was sent to Verizon and they gave me $300 trade in for it because it was in excellent condition
