1. Yes, just check first the requirements to use it in the other country. 2. Not sure if it included earphones, but nowadays companies are trying to sell only the phone, so make sure you have at least a charger compatible with the phone's charger 3. Activate now option is the choice you have to select a US carrier you want to activate your phone with, like Verizon, T Mobile or Sprint. I've never use this option but I think if you choose this, you have to go to a Best Buy store to complete the process
