When I read the reviews of this phone the only negative was that the battery did not last long. This was not important to me as I am home most of the time and leave it plugged in. But even just sitting around unplugged the battery does go down into the 80% area without even being used. I suggest you read some tech magazine reviews where they may have tested how long the battery lasts. The one I read said it needed daily charging -which was ok with me. Nice little phone.
