You can buy the SE from Best Buy that shows AT&T as the carrier or you can get an unlocked phone. You can get a Sim card from AT&T and keep your phone number when you activate your phone. You will need to download the google play ios app on your android so you can transfer all your contact info, photo's etc to the new SE iPhone. Best Buy, Apple, and AT&T all have excellent tech support to help you through the process. I hope this helps
