• It is Apple certified to work with any iPhone using a lightning connector, so yes it's compatible. It's about 3 feet long. Be careful if you order a longer/cheaper one. It may not be fully compatible -- it may charge, but not play music or videos.

• It worked with my iPhone 8 Plus perfectly. And I got an extension off amazon to connect to this adapter then to my phone and it worked perfect.
