Can I upgrade the ram of MacBook Pro 2020 core i5 null

The memory and SSD drive can be upgraded according to the Apple rep I just talked to. MacBook Air 2018 and later models including those with the M1 cpu and All MackBook Pro with M1 cpu cannot be upgraded.
