• Office Home & Business 2021 for Mac shows a VBA editor for Excel. I know there are some differences in what is supported, but I don't know details.

• The entry point for VBA on the Mac is the same as in Windows. On the developer tab, click the Visual Basic button to display the Visual Basic Editor (VBE) The keyboard shortcut for entry to the Visual Basic Editor is Option+F11
