Yes it does! The mouse is basically one big touch pad, so you can swipe up or down to scroll.

Finger motion acts like a wheel or track ball. Very easy to adjust from a wheel or track ball.

It has a gesture that works like a scroll wheel. You can scroll through pages easily with it.

Hi Rebecca,

Actually the whole top surface of the mouse is sensitive. If you move your finger as if it was on a wheel the page scrolls. Apple has a whole explanation of gestures for this mouse. The best thing, I think, is no batteries! I used to think I would buy stock in Energizer. Went and bought rechargeable and Apple now has a mouse that has a USB connection - so no more batteries!
