Yes it does! The mouse is basically one big touch pad, so you can swipe up or down to scroll.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Rebecca, Actually the whole top surface of the mouse is sensitive. If you move your finger as if it was on a wheel the page scrolls. Apple has a whole explanation of gestures for this mouse. The best thing, I think, is no batteries! I used to think I would buy stock in Energizer. Went and bought rechargeable and Apple now has a mouse that has a USB connection - so no more batteries!
