No. Standard USB to lightening cable

It is NOT a USB-C to lightening cable. The cable that arrived with my Apple Mouse 2 (space grey color) is a 3' long, lightening connector to traditional USB connector and is black in color. The same cable came with my new Apple wireless alphanumeric keyboard too (also space grey color). The mouse and keyboard each have a lightening port for charging (just like the iPhones).

No, it’s the same lightning port to usb that is used for an iPhone, AirPods, etc

It is a USB , you will need the USB to lightning adapter if you have a newer Mac computer.
