• The color would be if you had software allowing you to choose to write in a color, and clicked for that.

• Hi Dolanb! The IPad has the ability to use colors through photo editing, and through the Notes App. If you are looking for something more Professional, then Procreate is a good start, however it does cost money. A good free option (in my opinion) would be ibis Paint X Have a great day!
