Warranty questions are on Best Buy website. It doesn’t hurt to read those yourself for a clear picture of what’s what.

It does. It come with guarantee unless you add it.

Best Buy does not stand behind a refurbished phone.

There was no warranty card in the box it came with and there was no mention of it on the order. So i am guessing no warranty.
