• A:Answer Mine looks brand new/never used. Came in original box with original accessories, right down to the tool that opens the SIM card slot.

• A:Answer Yes, my carrier is AT&T and currently they are running a promo of $250 Rewards card and waive your $30 activation fee when you Bring Your Own Phone (Unlocked) and add a line to your current plane. You have to do Online Only in order to get the promo otherwise they won't honor it. You can order your SIM card online or pick up at a AT&T store and don't allow customer service to assist you. Not sure how long the promo will run but I just activated my new line yesterday and the promo worked great. Good Luck!
