• I do not believe so. Using an iPhone, you can mirror your phone to the Apple TV via AirPlay but that requires both devices to be connected to the same WiFi Network.

• Yes, you can mirror the screens of iPhone, iPad, and recent Macintosh using AirPlay over WiFi. You can also play audio from MacOS, iOS through Apple TV. [There is also a Hulu app for Apple TV.]
