• If Bay News 9 has an App, you should be able to watch it. Check with them. You'll need an Apple TV for each TV you want to watch using it. Not only can you watch your iTunes movies, but NetFlix and YouTube and all sorts of other SmartTV sources are on it or can be added from the App Store.

• Not sure re local news stations. It has available ABC, NBC and CBS. You would need a separate device for each TV unless you unplug it from one and move it to another.
