• A:Answer It can be changed by Apple at a cost of $79, possibly cheaper by some of the 3rd party phone repair shops. I would not recommend a consumer attempt it as it requires advanced skills and tools that most wouldn't have readily available (ie heating pad) and would likely cost more than $79.

• A:Answer I think the feature you are talking about is called Schooltime, which was introduced with WatchOS 7. watchOS 7 was released on September 16th, 2020 for Apple Watch SE, Apple Watch Series 6, Apple Watch Series 3, Apple Watch Series 4, or Apple Watch Series 5 paired with iPhone 6s or later running iOS 14 or later.

• A:Answer I have had the apple watch 3, and now the 5. And my mom has the 3. All the apps work well, but have improved over time. I would go with 3 and newer. Not just because the apps have gotten better but because when you upgrade your phone, you won’t have to always upgrade to a new watch.
