You don’t necessarily need your phone if you’re like me I always carry my phone with me so the GPS model works just fine and has really good range but if you’re the type to always leave your phone and not have that be a burden I would recommend getting the cellular model but just be aware that there is a fee for data usage with your carrier but regardless all the features are still the same for both models.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don’t need your phone to check your heart rate... the only differences between Gps and Gps + cellular is that you can leave your cellphone in your house and keep receiving text and phone calls.
