What the difference between GPS and CELLULAR? null

Cellular requires you to pay for a monthly data subscription via your cellular carrier. It allows you to connect to your watch using Bluetooth and listen to Apple Music, otherwise with GPS, you need to have your phone nearby to do so. You can answer and make calls with the cellular watch without your phone needing to be nearby. Granted, this would not allow FaceTime, as the watches do not yet have a camera, but even when a FaceTime call is received you can still answer on your watch as a voice speaker call.

A lot. One has cellular phone connectivity so you don’t need your phone when wearing it, the other does not and need your phone. They both have GPS built in, but the cellular model allows you to wear just the watch.
