Can I get in to swimming pool and hot tub with it null

I read that it is water resistant NOT water proof. There is a difference.

Absolutely. You can most definitely go swimming in it. In fact I personally think that you were safe for swimming in it because it knows your body and it knows when your body is under distress so it's amazing to have it in the water or even while driving your car, etc....
