“For some reason my watch is not charging fully to 100%, I was using my old charger and thought that was the problem but when I switched it to the new charger that came with the watch, it’s still not charging fully. What could be the problem?”

It may be like the phones. They old charge to what you need to help extent the battery life. I could be totally wrong but that’s how it’s working with the phones.
