• From what I've read model ending in LL still have the O2 sensor due to being older stock. If the model ends in LW the sensor has been disabled. Not sure if that is 100% true as I haven't brought one.

• No, the blood oxygen app is no longer available in the new Apple Watch 9. Shows disabled on my watch.

• Not anymore. They’re were sued for patent violation and any Apple Watches sold after January 18th have it disabled. Didn’t know that until I bought mine now I’m returning it
