“Here’s a dumb question, can you use the Apple Watch Ultra 1 or 2 gps-cellular 49mm without a cell carrier and only Bluetooth to your iPhone like I do with my Apple Watch series 9? just wanna be able to use it as companion to my iPhone not a replacement”

Yeah that’s how I use mine, never added a line to it but either way the capability is already built into it unlike the series 10 and under where you have to buy either the gps only or the + cellular version.
