• If you are connected to WiFi then no problem. I don’t have cellular service on my 8 Ultra. I don’t leave home since I work from home. But for people who are in mature all the time then it might worth adding a line for a cellular service. (But you will have your iPhone with you all the time??) For your question, if Ultra women’s without cellular service, yes it does.
