“Just purchased today, and perhaps it's operator/installer error on my part, but the deck doesn't appear to be lighting up. Ideas?”

• I initially had this problem. That is until I recalled mention of a small button to the top right of the control deck. It matches the color around it so it’s easy to miss. Click it to turn the lights on/off and to cycle through available colors. It also can be set to cycle automatically through all the colors. Hope this helps.

• There is a small button on the top corner of the control panel. It’s hard to see.

• I suggest tracing the cable from the deck to be sure it is properly plugged into the correct port on the computer control module.

• I think it's hooked up wrong.... everything lights up on mines... you might have the connectors in wrong outlet in back.
