No, the Arlo Wired Video Doorbell is only compatible to a 2.4 GHz network. Alternatively, you can connect the Arlo Doorbell directly to a compatible Arlo Smart Hub.

If that's the case, it'll never be supported. 2.4 has better distance capabilities if I'm not mistaken. I'm assuming what you mean is your new internet provider doesn't have 2.4 on the router they provided you. You can still get your own router with 2.4 and 5 capabilities and use that with your new internet provider, I used to do this before I got too lazy and just used theirs.
