• Yes, you'll just have to be able to visually differentiate between the two locations once you get a notification... the app will tell you which one it is

• Does your existing wiring run to both front and rear? At your mechanical chime, are the wires labeled front & rear? Verify you have a minimum of 16 volts AC at both locations. If yes, then it might. I don't think the notice from the system will differentiate between front and rear. You'll also be required to sign up for an Arlo plan after 90 days.
