It sounds like you are talking about the lag between the motion alert appearing on your phone and the video being available in the library. If your "visitor" rings the doorbell, you will get a video image immediately upon accepting the "call". If it just detects motion, there is roughly a 30 second delay until the video is available in your library. The pop-up notification on your phone's home screen comes up almost immediately. Can you elaborate on what you would like the system to do?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That is likely not wifi speed. Internet speed if anything. And, probably not even that. Most users seem to experience a ten to 12 second delay from motion detection by the doorbell to alert on their phone. That is just a weakness of these types of systems that rely on a processing path from unit to central server and back out to phone. There is much more information on the Arlo website.
