You can pick up some plastic shoulder washers at Ace, Lowes or Homedepot. They will give you a bit of clearance from the doorframe to the bottom of the doorbell. You can also try using the wedge which will give the device a somewhat smaller "footprint".

Arlo's accessories are pathetic and expensive better to get aftermarket stuff on Amazon In my case the plate wasn't large enough to cover the hole where my existing doorbell was and not near enough angle to get a good pic of the path. So what I did was go to home depot and bought a wooden light switch plate and some weather strip for a door and created the angle that I needed with the weather stripping then caulked and painted was a big pain in the but. But looks good and has the angle I need. These doorbell cams all brands are really only designed for front facing doorbells on flat surfaces anything else you will have to fabricate yourself..
