QR code will be on the app as you go through the set up process.

Try removing the doorbell with the app. Then add the doorbell as a new device and follow the installation instructions in the app

During setup, the Arlo app asks you to scan a QR code with your Arlo camera. The camera chimes to let you know scanning is successful.
