Please try again later.If you are referring to the Arlo Pro 2 system, you get 7-day FREE cloud access to your videos and saved images without any contract or cost whatsoever (but you can download any you want saved within that 7 day rolling period). If you want longer cloud storage (and just a reminder...you can also plug in a USB drive and save the videos/images locally, eliminating long-term cloud storage needs) OR you want to add some of the additional features offered through the system (such as package/people recognition, ability to setup specific surveillance zones within the cameras, or continuous video monitoring), then yes you would need to subscribe to and pay a monthly fee which varies depending upon what you desire.
