• Yes, unless your router or modem malfunctioning is what is causing the WiFi not to work. The cameras are connected to the internet via the smart hub. The smart hub is connected via an Ethernet cable to your router or modem to get to the internet.

• This camera runs off of the WiFi, so until it re-establishes connection, it would not work.
