You can place your Arlo camera a maximum of 300 feet (90 meters) from the SmartHub or base station. The maximum line-of-sight range of 300 feet is reduced by each wall, ceiling, or other major obstruction between the camera and base station. ^RM
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe it is 300 ft
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It all depends on your internet speeds at home and the type of router you have . I myself have gigabyte internet , and two nighthawk RAX200. I can have them as far as I want since I’ve covered my home with great coverage and can handle the stress of a lot of connected devices as once . Depending where your router is look to where the base station will live . If you have a lot of brick , concrete , fish tanks , mirrors you’ll get interface and latency issue connecting to it . You would have to have a good amount of coverage , I would research creating a mesh network and consult geek squad or other things online like YouTube . If you decide to stick to everything netgear it’s easy to use their app and view all your devices at once . In my example the house is about 4000sq and I can have coverage to about 1 mile or so , due to my equipment and what I’ve done. Results my vary and please do some research in your network and if you have interface issues .
