“Can the SmartHub VMB4540 continuous record to a USB device from Arlo Untra 2 cameeras in addition to motion activated recordings? If so will it automatically erase old recordings?”

It can record motion detected videos like the videos you see in the library. You can also set it to overwrite the older videos when there is new space for new one. Learn more about this feature here : https://kb.arlo.com/1146857/. ^RM
