Arlo has discontinued their smart hubs altogether. They’re transitioning everything to a direct to wifi connected camera, with a cloud, that requires a monthly subscription. You can still piece together a decent setup with their backwards compatible cameras, if you have a smart hub, but they’re phasing everything towards end of life (EOL). This is to force you to purchase their darn subscription. Be sure to check the compatibility before buying any new Arlo products. If it has gen 2 in the name, it most likely has been moved to the cloud based server and will not connect to the smart hub. It’s frustrating, I hope they lose so much business that they reverse course.
