How are all these reviews in on cameras that haven't been released? Sorry if Im missing something here.. null

They were originally released on 1/13/19. I purchased them in store on that date. There have been software issues that Arlo is working hard to correct. They are progressing but perhaps they pulled the system until they're happier with the software.

They were released 3 weeks ago to best buy, they are all sold out or probably returned to vendor until issues are fixed, many people have returned them.

They have been released but it looks like there have been too many issues with the cameras and there are talks on the arlo forums that they may have been pulled from shelves.

Netgear/Arlo pulled the cameras off the shelves after too many complaints to fix software issues. They then re-released the cameras. They are still lower quality video than the Arlo Q which is only 1080p. I am returning mine.
