• Trying going to www.astrogaming.com/firmware Maybe it just needs a firmware update, if that dosnt work goto the support page at www.astrogaming.com/support.

• If your Xbox is set to instant-on, you need to hard-restart your Xbox. You also have to assign the headset to the profile you want to use. Settings>accessories>headset>...>assign
