• So the way this headset works is by using it with the mix amp that it comes with. On the mix amp, you have two separate volume controls, one for the overall volume that comes through both ear pieces and the other one for your voice speaking into the microphone attached to the headset. You can adjust both volumes on the mix amp according to your liking however, those two volume controls will not adjust the additional volumes on your game console/ pc. Those volumes on your console/pc can be adjusted through your settings.
