I use windows 11 and yes it does work with windows 11 right out of the box. I check for the latest drivers and didn't need any update. I didn't use the CD that came with it because I didn't need all that additional utility software. Just be careful handling it when loading disks as it is ultra slim in design. I would recommend buying it. Just note that the USB cable supplied is very short.
