If this laptop was completely discharged or the battery was fully-drained, the 65W or 100W USB-C charger will be able to charge it, however, charging it will be slow. This laptop will not power on if the battery is completely discharged unless the battery was initially charged , even if a charger or AC adapter is connected to the DC-In port.
