• Yes it is enough and it is okay to buy it. I addition, it comes with Sata HDD adapter in case you need to add another hard drive. make sure when you add another HDD you add SSD or a fast HD otherwise it will be kind of slower.

• You can upgrade the SSD and add a hard drive. they give you an additional caddy for the hard drive if you choose to do so.
