“Hello, I have an Asus m12 wired mouse that came with my g700. It is not working with the monitor but the sensor does light up. I have unplugged it and turned the PC off. The keyboard does work though.”

To resolve the issue, unplug the mouse and plug it into a different USB port on the back of your PC. Avoid using USB hubs. Uninstall the driver in the Device Manager. Go down to Mice and other pointing devices, find your mouse, and select Uninstall device. Restart your PC.
